🌿 Light
Philodendron White Wave thrives in bright, indirect light. The more variegation on the leaves, the more light it needs to maintain those beautiful white markings. Avoid direct harsh sunlight which can scorch the delicate white areas, and avoid deep shade which will cause the variegation to fade.

💧 Water
Water thoroughly when the top inch or two of soil has dried out, then allow excess water to drain freely. Avoid letting the plant sit in standing water as this can lead to root rot. Reduce watering slightly in winter when growth slows. Lukewarm water is preferred over cold.

🌱 Soil & Feeding
If you need to repot your plant, use a well-draining, potting mix — a blend of houseplant compost with added perlite or orchid bark works well. Feed with a balanced liquid fertiliser every two to four weeks during the growing season (spring to summer). No feeding is needed in autumn and winter.

✂️ Deadheading & Pruning
Remove any yellowing or damaged leaves promptly to keep the plant looking its best and to direct energy into healthy new growth. You can trim back leggy stems to encourage a bushier habit. Always use clean, sharp scissors or secateurs.
